Following his recent Dinastia album release on December 25, 2025, alongside Tito Double P, Peso Pluma announced the Peso Pluma & Friends Dinastia Tour. They performed in San Diego on March 14, 2026 at the Chula Vista North Island Credit Union Amphitheater. Peso Pluma surprised the audience with his new musical hits and unexpected special guests.
Peso Pluma recently dropped his joint album with Tito Double P, Dinastia, that has taken the industry by storm. Songs like “Dopamina,” “5-7,”and “Daño” have gotten lots of success, with each song gathering more than 45 million streams. This new album sets itself apart from their two latest albums, featuring a completely different vibe than what we are used to with a faster pace. His old albums consisted of slow paced corridos tumbados and some reggaeton. In addition to the Dinastia album, they recently released their deluxe version featuring four songs: “Ganga,” “Chiclona,” “Marianita,” and “London.”
Peso Pluma gave an outstanding performance alongside Tito Double P at the North Island Credit Union Amphitheatre. His interactions with the crowd and heartfelt messages for the hispanic population from San Diego enhanced the experience. The setlist included songs from their new album, as well as previous hit songs like “Ella Baila Sola,” “Rosones,” “La Bebe,” etc. The special effects and background dancers added a nice vibe to the whole show.
In all of their concerts they have brought out multiple special guests to perform alongside them. In total, Peso Pluma brought out five special guests. For the first time ever, Calle 24 performed in one of Peso Pluma’s concerts and played “Que Onda.” This unexpected event raised speculation for a Peso Pluma and Fuerza Regida collaboration for the first time ever after the clash between Double P records and Street Mob records. Calle 24’s appearance marks a new era for Mexican regional music, as these two rival record labels may now start to have more collaborations.
Another highly anticipated guest was Codiciado, the artist that was there for Peso Pluma from the beginning of his career. Codiciado helped Peso Pluma a lot, and because of that Peso Pluma has a lot of respect and love for him. Codiciado performed one of his greatest hits, “Ando Enfocado,” alongside Peso Pluma. Before Codiciado came out on stage, Peso Pluma expressed his gratitude and respect for him. This touching moment showed Peso Pluma’s mentality, that as Mexican artists they should all work together to boost each other up. I believe that “Ando Enfocado” was the perfect song to further send that message of determination and growth.
The show ended with Tito Double P and Peso Pluma performing “Dopamina,” one of their best hits from the Dinastia album. They finally said their goodbyes and sent their appreciation to the fans for the sold out venue. He expressed his gratitude to the hard working Mexican community that attended. The performance was delivered perfectly. It was impressive to see how they were able to stay on beat with each other and not miss a single lyric. The upbeat and energetic vibe gave his concert a perfect finale.
The concert in its entirety was full of positive vibes and heartfelt messages to the Mexican community. It featured some of Peso Pluma’s best music and the special guests made the show even better. If Peso Pluma ever comes back to San Diego, I would definitely recommend everyone to attend his concerts. I also really like the direction that his new album has taken and can’t wait to see what he has in store for the future.
