Ms. Tan, a math and advisory teacher, departed from the Preuss School UC San Diego last Friday, on September 9th.

“I will miss teaching mathematics and seeing a face light up when they finally understand the mathematics,” Ms. Tan exclaims. “I will miss teaching alongside great teachers at Preuss.”

Tan taught at Preuss in August of 2012, a little over ten years. Ms. Tan’s Taquitos, her 9th grade advisory class, will forever remember her endless support and kindness. She will also be missed among her fellow faculty members.

As she leaves her mark on campus, the Preuss community will continue to look back on her significant contributions of helping others and spreading radiant positivity.
