ASB announced on February 18, 2025, that the ASB Jazz Age Ball has been postponed. The ball was supposed to take place on Saturday on February 22, on a boat that circles Mission Bay which docks at The Bahira Resort and Hotel Mission Beach.
ASB posted the announcement on their instagram account. They did not give further information or details explaining the reason why the ball had to be postponed but said that a new date will be set up and the boat ride will still be available. ASB is currently working as best as they can to find a new date for the ball.
“It is pretty unfortunate that the ASB ball we worked on got canceled, hopefully everything will go well,” said Arsama Kibrom (‘28), an ASB member.
ASB confirmed that tickets purchased will be honored for the future ASB ball date.
