Five Questions with Mrs. Majors
1. What song would you say describes your adolescence?
My adolescence? OMG. Probably a combination of anything from TLC or any songs a high school band played.
2. After looking back at your past experiences, what did you learn from them and how did it make you become the person you are today?
My past and current experiences have taught me to do what I love in life. Loving what I do is what fuels me with the drive and diligence needed to be a compassionate and reflective teacher.
3. What problem in the world would you like to solve?
I would like to solve the problems of hatred, poverty, and climate change.
4. If money were no object, what would you be doing with your life?
If money were no object, I would be teaching a community literacy class, taking ballet classes every day, and reviewing and/or narrating books.
5. If you were stuck on a desert island and could only bring three items, what would they be?
A book, a hatchet, and water.
